A custom Windows agent, written in .NET with no third-party dependencies, that collects hardware and software inventory and device security status (Defender, firewall, updates), with browser-based remote control and a central web console. Since an RMM is a prime target for attackers, security is built in from the start: a digitally signed agent, automatic updates verified by signature before install, deployment through Intune, data isolated per client, and least-privilege access for every service in Azure.
