Automation and Microsoft 365
Business process automation and Microsoft 365 applications
Your teams already work in Microsoft 365. We connect your applications to it and automate what is still done by hand.
Sound familiar?
- Approvals and follow-ups still go through email and Excel.
- Your clients or partners have no simple way to reach their documents or files.
- A Microsoft 365 migration looks impossible to automate.
- Power Automate or Power Apps has hit its limits.
Automation and Microsoft 365
What we build
Workflow automation
Approvals, alerts and follow-ups in Teams and Outlook, with no double entry.
Client portals and extranets
Secure access for your clients or partners, connected to your data.
Microsoft 365 integration
Sign-in with existing accounts, documents in SharePoint, notifications in Teams: no new password.
Complex Microsoft 365 migrations
Custom scripts when standard migration tools can't be used, with full verification.
When Power Automate is no longer enough
Power Automate is a great starting point for automating a simple task. Trouble starts when the process grows: more users to license, more data, business rules piling up, or external clients who need access.
A custom application integrated with Microsoft 365 keeps what works well (accounts, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and replaces what holds you back, with no per-user licence.
A concrete example
After acquiring a division of another company, a performing arts agency had to bring over every new employee's data. The seller's IT team refused to grant the access migration tools need. A custom Python script signed in to each account using only the user's own access and transferred SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, with a 100% verification system.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Power Automate or a custom application?
Power Automate and Power Apps work well for simple needs. Their limits come quickly: a per-user licence, every month, capped data capacity, complex logic that is hard to maintain and complicated access for external users. During the assessment, we will tell you honestly which one suits you.
Will our employees have to learn a new tool?
As little as possible. The application plugs into what they already use: sign-in with their Microsoft 365 accounts, documents in SharePoint, notifications in Teams.
Does our IT team stay in control?
Yes. Access is managed in the same place as the rest of Microsoft 365, by your IT team.
How much does it cost?
Our projects start at $5,000, at a fixed price for a defined scope. The assessment is free.
