AI agents and AI integration for small businesses

A useful AI agent is an assistant connected to your data and tools, with controlled access. We design it, connect it and secure it.

Sound familiar?

  • Your employees already use ChatGPT or Claude, but without access to company data.
  • Every new question about your data means commissioning a costly report.
  • You want an AI platform or chatbot, but don't know where to start.
  • You don't know exactly where your data goes when you use AI.

What we build

  • Custom MCP servers

The Model Context Protocol lets an assistant like Claude query your systems, such as a SQL database, in plain language.

  • AI agents for your processes

An assistant that looks up your data and produces answers or reports on the spot, instead of waiting for development.

  • AI platforms and chatbots

AI chat built into your product, with user accounts and billing.

  • Secure integration

Least-privilege access and isolated data: the AI only sees what it should see.

AI agent, chatbot, assistant: what's the difference?

A chatbot answers questions in a chat window. An AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT writes, summarizes and analyzes what you give it. An AI agent goes further: it is connected to your systems and can fetch information itself, within the limits you set.

That connection makes all the difference. Without it, the AI knows nothing about your business. With it, your employees ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from your own data.

A concrete example

A manufacturing company in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu could not query its own custom database: every new information need meant commissioning a costly report. We built an MCP connector that links the employees' AI assistant to that SQL database. They ask their questions in plain language, and the assistant produces the report on the spot.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does an AI agent cost for a small business?

Like our other projects, an AI agent is delivered at a fixed price, starting at $5,000. The cost mainly depends on the systems to connect (database, CRM, documents) and the level of security required. You also need to plan for the subscription or usage of the AI model itself. The assessment is free.

What is an MCP server?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard, introduced by Anthropic, that lets an AI assistant connect to tools and data. A custom MCP server only exposes what you choose, for example read access to a database.

Why Claude?

It is the assistant we delivered our MCP connectors with, and it supports the protocol natively. Since MCP is an open standard, other compatible assistants can use it too.

Is our data safe?

The agent only accesses what you authorize, with least-privilege access. We also review with you where the data is processed, which matters for Québec's Law 25.

Told nothing could be done? Let us be the judge.
