It all starts with a free assessment on Teams: we look at what you use today, what is holding you back and what the tool should become. You then receive a fixed-price quote for a defined scope.
During the build, you see the application take shape in regular demos. When it replaces an existing system, your team uses both side by side for about a month while we adjust. The application is delivered with monitoring, alerts, backups and documentation.
Why not off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software is designed for the many. It works very well when your needs are standard. When they are not, you often pay per-user licences for features you don't need, and you bend your operations to fit the tool.
